Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Import the attached FXP with compiler arg set to -compatibility-version=4.0
2. Run in ADL and observe output 4.0.0
3. Project > Properties > Flex Compiler, change to -compatibility-version=4.5
4. Run in ADL

Actual Results:
Output is 4.6.0

Expected Results:
Output should be 4.5.0
