Description

Steps to reproduce:
1.Run the ComboBoxBug1 project.
2.Open the dropDownList and select the first item "Windows".
3.In the textInput, type in one letter or digit at the end. e.g. type in "7" so now the text in the textInput becomes "Windows7".
4.Press ENTER to commit.
5.Open the dropDownList and select the first item "Windows" again.
6.In the textInput, type in "7" so now the text in the textInput becomes "Windows7" again.
7.Press ENTER to commit.

Actual Results:
The IndexChangeEvent is NOT dispatched.

Expected Results:
The IndexChangeEvent should be dispatched.

Workaround (if any):
The IndexChangeEvent will be dispatched after pressing the ENTER key the second time.
