[FLEX-28299] diffrerent behaviors when changing date past maxDate with similar date

Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. DateSpinner with displayMode=date, maxDate=2004-2-28, selectedDate=2004-01-31
2. try to scroll month from Jan to Feb

Actual Results:
Feb is disabled.

Expected Results:
When month is scrolled to Feb, date should animates to 28.

This is the actuaal behavior when I try to scroll a DateSpinner with selectedDate=2004-05-31, maxDate=2004-06-28, by increasing its month to June.
So to sum all, different result with similar condition..

Workaround (if any):
