Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Please download the attached project.
2. Run it in non-tablet device or ADL.
3. Click "Open Callout" button.
4. The callout appears at the left side. Close it.
5. Open the callout again.

Actual Results: This time the callout appears at the right.

Expected Results: Is there any way to ensure the callout appears on the right side of the app even in non-tablet devices?
