Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Run the attached project on-device
2. Click on the ToggleSwitch to turn off resizeForSoftkeyboard on the application
3. Click on the "Center" tab which opens the soft keyboard, then centers a pop up

Actual Results:
Pop-up is centered to the screen. See screenshot.

Expected Results:
Pop-up should be centered to the visible height with respect to the soft keyboard.

Workaround (if any):
Manually position, do not use centerPopUp.
