Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Run the attached application on Android
2. Click on "Full Screen"
3. Click on TextInput
4. Press back to dismiss soft keyboard

Actual Results:
SOFT_KEYBOARD_DEACTIVATE is not fired. Application does not resize (see screenshots).

Expected Results:
SOFT_KEYBOARD_DEACTIVATE should be fired regardless of stage display state.
