Description

Steps to reproduce:
1.create an application with DateSpinner component.
2.set selectedDate to null.
3.set selectedDate to a valid date.

Actual Results:
At the first time, event will pop. But then, no event popup.

Expected Results:
There should have an event of valueCommit/updateComplete/change to let user know that selectedDate has been changed.
