Description

Steps to reproduce:
1.Create a DateSpinner object
2.Change selectedDate by tapping any spinner list on mobile device or using mouse click any spinner list on desktop
E.g current date is new Date(2011,5,4,13,30), then tap '2013' in the year column.
3.Verify both change and valueCommit event are dispatched

Actual Results:
None of change or valueCommit event are dispatched.

Expected Results:
Instead of scrolling the spinner list, when tap or click the spinner list, events should also be dispatched.
