Description

Steps to reproduce:
1.Create a DateSpinner object with dateAndTime mode
2.Scroll the time to 11 AM
3.Scroll the hour spinner list from 11 to 12

Actual Results:
The meridian spinner list still shows 'AM'

Expected Results:
The meridian spinner list should change to 'PM', which is the same behaviour as iOS

Note:
We need to figure out what is the expected result, whether same with iOS.
