Description

Steps to reproduce: (Found in build 4.5.2.21773)
1. Run the MobileSkins app at http://opensource.adobe.com/svn/opensource/private/flex/sdk/branches/4.y/frameworks/tests/MobileSkins/
2. Choose the List(snapping) view from components
3. Scroll the list and set the snapping mode to "center" "trailing" or "leading" while the list is still scrolling.

Actual Results:
The newly set snapping mode does not take effect when the scroll ends.

Expected Results:
The list should snap according to the newly set snapping mode
