Steps to reproduce:

I tried creating a custom SpinnerListSkin using MXML and was surprised to find out that VerticalSpinnerListLayout wasn't code hinted in builder and gives a compiler error when used in MXML.

Actual Results:

Expected Results:

It's probably fine that its excluded from Builder hinting, but it should be usable via MXML.

Should it not have that [ExcludeClass] metadata?
Is VerticalSpinnerLayout not in the manifest?
