Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Add "center" snapping to a list of items
2. Pull to snap first item in the center

Actual Results:
Scrollbar size is reduced like it has been pulled

Expected Results:
Scrollbar size should remain the same when items are snapped as though it is the start position of the list
