Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Set the width or maxWidth of an image control smaller than its source's
2. Set scaleMode to "letterbox"
3. Load image

Actual Results:
Width is correct but the reported height of the image control is that of the source image's

Expected Results:
Height would be the resized value.

Workaround (if any):
Handle resizing manually
