Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create Mobile App
2. Set splashScreenMinimumDisplayTime to some high value (so easier to repro)
3. Run app in ADL or debug on device
4. When the splashScreen appears, change orientation

Actual Results:

RTE - seen in debugger or in dialog in ADL

Expected Results:

No RTE
