[FLEX-27541] Going home after opening the soft keyboard doesn't restore the application to full size

Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Compile and run attached Flex Mobile project on iPod
2. Press the text input to open the soft keyboard
3. Press the home button to go to the home screen
4. Relaunch the app

Actual Results:

The softkeyboard goes away, but the application stays resized as if it was there.

Expected Results:

The application should be sized to the whole screen.
