[FLEX-27520] iOS: Error occurs opening image file captured from camera

Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached app on iOS
2. Click + icon in top right
3. At bottom of screen, click + in Receipt section – take a photo – press 'use'

Actual Results:
Image is not displayed. The code breaks in ExpenseEditView.mxml at the line:
stream.open(imageFile, FileMode.READ);

It seems like this is an SDK bug but I'm not sure. This same code works on android
