[FLEX-27511] iOS - Height and width properties of existing objects seem inaccurate on ios

Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Run attached project on ios
2. Put a breakpoint at line 18 of SimpleStageWebView.mxml
3. Click Categories Tab -> Stage Web View
--> At the breakpoint notice the red background – that shows the default size of the view.
Now the app will try to place the web view at stage.height - height, which should essentially be where the red currently appears. But for me it shows that the current view height is only about 400 of 921, but it obviously takes up a much larger percentage than that.
4. Click Continue in FB

Actual Results:
Web View display smaller than it should.

Compare on Android. Note this bug reproduces on ios and ios in ADL. Not not occur on Android or Android in ADL
