Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a RadioButton or CheckBox with text running till the edge of the components.
2. This started with Flex SDK 4.5.1.21228
3.

Actual Results:

Text on the right border of RadioButton and CheckBox gets clipped.

Expected Results:
Text on the right border of RadioButton and CheckBox should have some padding.
