Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create an app. with persistNavigatorState = true and launch on a Playbook.
2. Push a view.
3. Swipe across the bottom border to make the app smaller and show other apps.
4. Exit the app.

Actual Results:
The navigator's state is not saved.

Expected Results:
It seems it should be.

Workaround (if any):
On the Playbook, you have to launch a separate application to dispatch the event we use for saving this data, whereas on Android apps, you have to go to the Home screen. Going to what feels like the equivalent of "Home" on Playbook (viewing the list of applications, I guess) does not not result in saving the data.
