Description

Steps to reproduce:
1.Run attached app on playbook in landscape.
2.Scroll down
3.Click on the TextArea at the bottom of the View

Actual Results:
TextArea moved too far up, and you have to scroll down to see it

Expected Results:

Workaround (if any):
This is not common use case because paddingLeft is too large, so TextArea is not really usable
