Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. There no way to set a default size for a component skin. It would be nice to have a defaultWidth and defaultHeight property.
The instance should use the default if no size is set on the instance and the instance should be able to resize to the minSize. If the content is larger then the default size then it should use the content size.
