Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Run the attached project
2. Notice the text fields on the first view, they should display the width and height when the view is activated
3. Switch to Tab2
4. Notice the text fields in the view

Actual Results:
At launch, when the view receives VIEW_ACTIVATE, width and height are 0
When switching tabs, the width and height of the view is 0
This only happens the first time the view is created.

Expected Results:
The width and height should display properly
