Description

Isolated steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached FXP
2. Compile & run it
3. click and hold the track scrubber, and drag the mouse cursor quickly to the right past the right side of the video boundary

Steps to reproduce in Flash Catalyst:

1. import a video and add it to the artboard
2. set loop on video
3. launch the project
4. click and hold the track scrubber, and drag the mouse cursor quickly to the right past the right side of the video boundary

Actual Results:
video starts playback

Expected Results:
track scrubber should move to the end of the track, video should move to last frame but not start playback
