Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Unzip sdk\frameworks\locale\de_DE\airframework.swc and open docs\mx.events.xml.
2. Find the line 11 to line 13.
3. Repeat the first step.
4. Find the line 10.
5. Compare the contents of two XML documents.

Actual Results:
Extra node apiData.<apiData>false</apiData>.

Expected Results:
It should not exist the extra node.

Notes:
This issue occurs on DEU/FRA/JPN//RUS/CHN.
SDK-version: SDK4.5.0.20411.
There are also extra/missing property/node in other source files.
