Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. print from Flex application with FlexPrintJob()
2. it's not possible to predefine a custom page size for printing with FlexPrintJob
3. the custom size should be listed as "Other" in the page size drop down list (see example in attachments)

Actual Results:

not possible to predefine a custom page size for printing

Expected Results:

it should be possible to predefine a custom page size
