Description

Found in SDK 19859.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Compile and run the attached app "Main.mxml"
2. Click the button and look at the resulting text

Actual Results: the tilegroup's layoutBoundsHeight() is 228.

Expected Results: the tilegroup has the same layoutBoundsHeight as the blue rectangle which is 111.

Note: the Rect and the Group have the same visual height - 111 pixels - but when you call getLayoutBoundsHeight(), the group is returning the wrong value.
