Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a media query and specify an OS-platform that is not Android or IOS (example: Qnx).

Actual Results:
MediaQueryParser uses Capabilities.manufacturer as a fallback for not matching Android or IOS. The result of this is not always consistent.

Expected Results:
Use Capabilities.version as a fallback instead.
