[FLEX-26336] DataGrid column not displaying all data properly

Description

Steps to reproduce:
1.I want to display the datagrid with four columns(Comments,Contact,Updater,Change Date) with clomuntype as headerText
2.I want the data for one record only.
3.For comments columns with more than 2-3k characters

I am attaching sample .swf,.html and mxml file in the attachment in order to see o/p.

Actual Results:
I am not able to see all the data for the comments column.I have to click the column in order to see all data.

Expected Results:
I want to display/visible all data for the comments column without click the column.

Workaround (if any):
