    Description

This is a Windows only bug, because in Mac OS X it behaves correct.

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Create new Spark AIR appliation
      2. Set systemChrome to 'none' in the application xml
      3. Set transparent to 'false' in the application xml (false is default)
      4. Create a background color with 100% width and 100% height
      5. Run the application
      6. Maximize the application

      Actual Results:
A 1px transparent border will be shown around the application window, showing the underlaying windows.
If my screen resolution width is 800px, then the application window is 798px when maximized.

Tested on Windows XP and Windows 7

      Expected Results:
Completely maximized Window without transparent border

      Workaround (if any):
      Set transparent to True.

(We don't want a transparent window because it degrades performance.)
