[FLEX-26177] Incorrect function when migrating a project from using Flex SDK 3.5 to Flex SDK 4.1 and choose "Use Flex3 compatibility mode"

Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create new AIR application in Flash Builder 4, and choose using Flex SDK 3.5
2. In the main application file, create an ArrayCollection and set some data into it,create a ComboBox and set the ArrayCollection to its dataprovider
3. Run the application, the ComboBox works well
4. Change the complier of the project to Flex SDK 4.1 and choose "Use Flex3 compatibility mode"
5. Run the application again, the data can't displayed in the ComboBox
(The project attached, you can import it into Flash Builder 4 and run it directly)

Actual Results:
The data can't displayed in the ComboBox

BTW, in some applications, the data that displayed in the ComboBox will be reversed. Please see the attached image.

Expected Results:
The data can displayed in the ComboBox
