Found in SDK 18853

Steps to reproduce:
1. open the attached project "Distorted Button.fxp" in Catalyst
2. edit the button skin, see how it looks in all 4 states
3. File > Run Project

Actual Results:the button is distorted

Expected Results: the button looks like the 'up' state of the skin
