Steps to reproduce:
1. Look at SolidColorStroke.miterLimit or GradientStroke.miterLimit

Actual Results:
Metadata says minValue="0.0"

Expected Results:
Per SDK-27033, 0 is illegal.
Metadata should say minValue="1.0"
