Description

IMPORTANT: THIS HAPPENS ON MAC OS X 10.6.X, Safari 5.0.2 WHEN SCROLLING UP SLOWLY

Steps to reproduce:

1. Run the example
2. Use the apple magic mouse, track pad, and any other mouse
3. Try to scroll up using inertial scrolling and without

Actual Results:

the scrolling jumps back down a few lines, very annoying

Expected Results:

the scrolling should not jump

Workaround (if any):

do not use flash on Mac OS X 10.6
