    Description

This occurs in both wireframe and the default Spark theme.

This is a pretty minor cosmetic issue, but it's definitely the kind of thing that designers notice.

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Open the dropdown/popup part of a ComboBox
      2. Ditto for a DropDownList

      Actual Results:
The popup is positioned so its 1-pixel border is imediately adjacent to the ComboBox "button's" 1-pixel border, yielding an overall 2-pixel thick border between the two.

      Expected Results:
The popup should be positioned so the two borders overlap, yielding only a 1-pixel visible border separating the popup and control.

      Workaround (if any):
Clone the skin and fix this yourself
