Found in 4.5.0.18027

Steps to reproduce:
1. Compile and run attached MXML file.
2. Default wireframe ComboBox label wraps but not in Spark.

Actual Results:
Wireframe ComboBox is 146x36.
Spark ComboBox is 197x23.

Expected Results:
Wireframe and Spark should be the same.

Workaround (if any):
