Description
The Adobe web site (E.g. http://opensource.adobe.com/wiki/display/flexsdk/Downloads and http://opensource.adobe.com/wiki/display/flexsdk/Legal+Stuff ) clearly states that the open source Flex SDk " is entirely under the MPL, including its binaries. It contains the majority of the Flex SDK (compilers, framework, debugger)".
However, the readme.htm supplied with the Open Source Flex installation appears to be the same as that supplied with Non-open one (I.e. the 'Free Adobe Flex SDk') and SDK license.pdf states that the build tools ( compilers etc) can NOT be re-distributed. There is a clear contradiction here
It looks like the wrong license files have been included in the open source sdk zip? The 3.5 version has a readme-open.htm file and does not have 'SDK license.pdf'
