Description

Steps to reproduce: This occurs about 60% of the time.
1.Uninstall Air
2.Run the Air Application Installer using the AIRInstallBadge.swf

Actual Results:
Air installs successfully, but the application install fail.
Log file shows:

Air installs successfully AND the application install successfully.

Workaround (if any):
Attempting to install application after air is already installed works successfully.
