Description

modalTransparencyDuration affects the animation for both adding and removing modal objects on the PopUpManager. I often find myself preferring separate durations for showing and hiding objects (in any context, not just the PopUpManager). Often, I want a new object to appear very quickly (if not instantly) so that user interaction feels snappy, but I find that it can be hidden at a more leisurely duration without affecting the perception of performance.

Maybe something like this:

modalTransparencyDuration continues to exist, and it is used by default. If modalTransparencyDurationOpen or modalTransparencyDurationClose styles are set, they take precedence.
