Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Run sample app attached. Note that both MX and Spark combo boxes work in the initial window.
2. Grab a tab and drag out. This creates a new window and moves the whole Canvas to the created window.
3. Click on the MX and Spark ComboBox components

Actual Results:
MX components do not properly display the dropdown. Customers have also reported cases where the dropdown incorrectly appears on the initial window. Spark components properly display.

Expected Results:
Both MX and Spark components work correctly.

Workaround (if any):
Instead of moving existing components, use the Window component to create your PopupManager-using components in the newly created window. This won't work easily for dynamic repositioning of components across windows, however.
