Spark Image skin goes to ready state before image is loaded

      Description

      Found in 4.5.0.16574.

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Compile and run attached MXML file.
      2. Click the "dog" button.

      Actual Results:
      Brief red border appears as s:Image skin goes from `uninitialized` state to `ready` state to `loading` state (then eventually back to `ready` state once image finishes loading).

      Expected Results:
      I have a custom skin with assets only in a "ready" state so there is a brief and unwanted flicker.
      This is even more obvious when disabling the image preloader (try unchecking the CheckBox and clicking the dog button again (may have to null the source first).
