VideoPlayer fullScreenButton has incorrect state upon exiting fullscreen mode on certain browser/os combinations

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. create a simple player (sample code below)
      2. launch the player
      3. click the fullscreen button to enter fullscreen mode
      4. exit fullscreen mode, and make sure the mouse is not over the same screen location as embeded player.

      Actual Results:
      in the following browser/os combination's the fullscreen button is in the down state until the user mouses over the player.

      Opera 10 WindowsXp
      FF 3.5 WindowsXp
      chrome 5 WindowsXp

      in these browser/os combination's the fullscreen button is in the proper state(up) upon exiting fullscreen mode regardless of mouse location.

      IE 8 WindowsXp
      FF 3.5 mac OS X
      Opera 10 mac OS x

      Expected Results:
      The fullscreen button should always be in the up sate upon exiting fullscreen mode.
