Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. In the mx base project, sdk upgraded from 3.3 to 4.1.
2. In the top application layoutDirection = rtl
3. mx:Combobox skin is not adjusted. still shown left to right.
the Combobox has typeselector and skin.(CSS)
but the combobox has property that editable=true, is shown correctly right-to-left.

Actual Results: mx:Combobox is shown left-to-riht.

Expected Results: All mx:Combobox components should be shown right to left.

Workaround (if any):
