[FLEX-24056] combo box doesn't refresh correctly

Description

Steps to reproduce:
1.select the drop down list, you can see there are 3 items "111", "222", "333"
2.click "ABC List" button, and select the drop down, you suppose to see "aaaa","bbbb","cccc","dddd", but only the first item is correct, you still see "111", "222", "333" on the list.
3.click "clear all" button, select the drop down, you see "111" there.

Actual Results:
the original data items stay in the drop down list.

Expected Results:
combo box get refreshed correctly.
