    Description

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Stream Video in s:VideoPlayer
      2. check for bytesLoaded == bytesTotal to know when the video finished downloading
      3.

      Actual Results:
When the video loads fast i.e. from the local development server, the last LoadEvent.BYTES_LOADED_CHANGE when bytesLoaded equals bytesTotal is not always triggered.

      Expected Results:
A COMPLETE_DOWNLOAD event that is reliable just like the COMPLETE event of a Loader.
It would be very helpful to be able to PAUSE and RESUME the download of the video file as opposed to STOP it and start from the beginning.

      Workaround (if any):
      Did not find any.
