the maximizable icon for the windowedApplicatoin is disabled, user can't maximize the window.

Expected Results:
when default value or
<!-- Whether the user can maximize the window. Optional. Default true. -->
<maximizable>true</maximizable>
in application descriptor file is set, user should be able to maximize the window.
