Description

Steps to reproduce:
1.Using FlashBuilder
2.var watcher:ChangeWatcher = BindingUtils.bindProperty(receiveChildLength, "measurement", this, "measurement");
3.

Actual Results:
Type 1046: Type was not found or was not a compile-time constant: [mx.binding]::IWatcherSetupUtil2.

Expected Results:

Workaround (if any):none. Switching to SDK 4.0 correct it but cannot be used due to other, unrelated issues with Charts.
