Description

Steps to reproduce:
1.Compile "MX_SWFLoader.mxml" (attatched) and run it.
2.Set the application by "ltr" and view the SWFLoader.
3.Set the application by "rtl" and view the SWFLoader.

Actual Results:
1. In the step 2, the component displays normally.
2. In the step 3, the component is not mirrored ,but flipped.

Expected Results:
In the step 3 ,the component should be mirrored , not flipped.
