[FLEX-23628] RichText displays incorrectly with images inside an ItemRenderer

Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. goto http://www.tink.ws/examples/spark/ListTest2/

• When the list is first displayed you'll see that no images are shown in the RichText components at all.

2. Resize the HDividedBox to make the List wider

• The images appear, but the renderer or/and RichText are now the incorrect height and the bottom of the text is cropped off.
  3. Resize the HDividedBox to make the List narrower, so that the RichText now wraps its content
• The text and images now display correctly

Expected Results: It should always display correctly.
