Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. grab the source mxml here => http://pastebin.com/Hv5eLQr6 (or see the attached mxml file)

Actual Results:
No property changes catching

Expected Results:
Catch property changes

Workaround (if any):
Yeah, the increasement/decreasement but it's not a "workaround" it's a crooked nail.

ps: also tested on the sdk4 - same results
