Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. When using SparkChromeWindowedApplicationSkin, set layoutDirection to rtl so the gripper is on the left side.
2. Click/drag different areas of the gripper to resize the window.

Actual Results:
It seems like there's a 3-5 pixel triangle in the lower left corner which will move the lower left corner, but resizing any other area of the gripper will move the lower right corner.

Expected Results:
If dragging the gripper when it's on the left, the left side of the window should move.
